Hi everyone. I was watching a video on how quickly the Educational Paradigm has shifted again. The TOPIC may look familiar but, in addressing the issue and focusing on the "measuring tool" has really been the outcome of what Phillipines Education has discovered and have committed to 2014. They have broken through discriminating and prejudicial barriers and have raised the platform from early learning years to senior level, but these are my personal opinions.
